Katy Granville-Chapman

Katy is a geography teacher and the Director of the Wellington Leadership Institute​. Before Wellington, Katy served in the British Army as a Troop Commander and then trained soldiers and young officers in leadership working in Iraq, Nepal, the USA and across Europe. Katy’s research interests focus on developing leaders who cultivate flourishing and she has advised the Government, Cabinet Office and Civil Service on leadership and character development. Katy designs and delivers teacher and pupil leadership programmes and interventions, and her courses for teachers are quality assured by the University of Oxford.
